Andrew has been a Director since 2003 and is responsible for the investment portfolios and the operations of the company. Andrew is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), and holds an MBA (Finance) from Cass Business School, City University in London, England and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary. Andrew is married and has two children.

Steve has been a Director of Van Arbor since its inception in 2003 and manages a venture capital consulting firm assisting early stage companies in the development of short and long term financing strategies. Steve is married and has three children.

Garry has been a Director of Van Arbor since 2008. Garry joined ZLC Financial Group in 1981 and became President in 1993. He specializes in estate and retirement planning and structured settlements. After graduating from UBC in 1978 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Garry Zlotnik went on to become a Chartered Accountant with a national accounting firm. Garry is married and has two children.

Marty has been a Director of Van Arbor since 2008. Marty joined ZLC Financial Group in 1984. Marty graduated from UBC in 1966 with a B.Comm., majoring in Finance and Real Estate, and obtained his law degree from UBC three years later in 1969. Marty has been married for 30 years and has three children.

Mark has been a Director of Van Arbor since 2008. Mark joined ZLC Financial Group in 1984 where he concentrates on working with family businesses and privately owned companies in the area of estate planning and funding capital gains taxes and shareholder agreements. Mark began his business career as a Chartered Accountant and spent several years with a national accounting firm as an income tax specialist. Mark is married and has four children.

Howie has been a Director of Van Arbor since 2008. Howie joined ZLC Financial Group in 1996. Howie provides practical advice on funding capital gains tax, shareholder and partnership agreements, and executive compensation plans. He graduated from Business Administration in 1969 and entered the employee benefit plan business in 1972 with a major Canadian life insurance company. From 1975 to the present, Howie has been involved in employee benefits, succession and estate planning. Howie spends his time away from the office with his wife and three children.
