Andrew is responsible for the investment portfolios and the operations of the company. Prior to joining Van Arbor, Andrew was the president of Cundill Investment Research Ltd. Andrew has provided expertise to securities commissions, brokerage houses, custodians, transfer agents and mutual fund firms and has worked with a financial futures exchange and a merchant bank.

Andrew currently is the Vice-Chair of the International Financial Centre (IFC) British Columbia, a non-profit society set up to encourage offshore financial activity to be transacted in British Columbia and was a Director of the Canadian Capital Markets Association (CCMA), representing the Investment Counsel Association of Canada.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), and holds an MBA (Finance) from City University Business School in London, England and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary.

Steve is responsible for the market development of Van Arbor. Prior to founding Van Arbor, Steve Hanson was Principal of Channel Capital, a venture capital consulting firm assisting early stage companies in the development of short and long term financing strategies.

Previously, Steve was the Principal and President of an internationally focused investor relations firm specializing in increasing investor and media awareness of its corporate clients' capabilities among financial institutions and individual investors.

Steve is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute, The Canadian Investor Relations Institute and has lectured on the topic of venture capital and investor relations at Simon Fraser University, the British Columbia Institute of Technology and on the WIC Radio Network.

Mr. Barry Swanson has over 15 years of investment and financial industry experience, spent primarily advising individuals, business owners, trusts, pension plans and foundations on investment, tax and business strategies. He is a Portfolio Manager and responsible for business development and client service at Van Arbor.

Prior to joining Van Arbor, Mr. Swanson was a Portfolio Manager and Vice President with two discretionary investment management firms in Canada. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager with an international CA firm providing tax and financial planning to trusts and small business owners.

Mr. Swanson graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Finance in 1990 and became a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC in 1993. He completed level one of the CFA program in 2002.

Youssef is a recent graduate of the University of British Columbia. Youssef holds a BSc in Mathematics & Physics and a BA in Economics. His specialization in the Economics program was in Financial Economics and Econometrics. Youssef is currently a candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Eric is the president and a director of Big Sky Management Ltd., a private company principally involved with providing corporate finance and administrative management services to private and public companies. He has held these offices since 1997.

Eric has been a director of several public companies.
